Our goal is to provide as much local ingredients as possible. We are excited that our garden has begun and soon we can add more of our own farm to table ingredients in our dishes. Currently we have farm raised pork which Chef George has a selection on our dinner menu but he also makes pork sausage for our Sunday brunch buffet—-no fillers, no flours, just deliciousness! We also have fresh free run eggs and have recently added ducks to our farm which means duck eggs ( perfect for our home made dessert dishes!)
We are fully licensed and carry a variety of local, domestic and international wines, beers and spirits. We also have a variety of cocktails including many traditional drinks and specialties. You may bring your own wine but there is a $20 corkage fee per 750ml bottle of wine.
Thursdays - Prime Rib Dinner Buffet, 6pm seating only
Friday and Saturday nights - A la Carte menu - 5:30pm to 10pm *please note that our last reservation is at 7:30pm - we are a leisurely dining restaurant so please allow a minimum of 2 to 2.5 hours for your dining experience
Sundays - Brunch Buffet, 11am seating only
