Our goal is to provide as much local ingredients as possible. We are excited that our garden has begun and soon we can add more of our own farm to table ingredients in our dishes. Currently we have farm raised pork which Chef George has a selection on our dinner menu but he also makes pork sausage for our Sunday brunch buffet—-no fillers, no flours, just deliciousness! We also have fresh free run eggs and have recently added ducks to our farm which means duck eggs ( perfect for our home made dessert dishes!)
We are fully licensed and carry a variety of local, domestic and international wines, beers and spirits. We also have a variety of cocktails including many traditional drinks and specialties. You may bring your own wine but there is a $20 corkage fee per 750ml bottle of wine.
Our Restaurant is Open Thursday for a Prime Rib Buffet, regular dinner service is Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays we are open for a Brunch Buffet. Please note we do require a minimum amount of reservations and there are also times our restaurant is at full capacity so please do not hesitate to make a reservation. Take a look at our menus below.
